KONE cares about the future of our employees. The KONE Employee Savings/401(k) Plan is available for employees to make immediate contributions into a retirement fund. Employees may contribute from 1% to 75% (per pay period) of wages on a pre-tax basis to the plan through payroll deduction. KONE matches the first 4% of employee pre-tax contributions dollar-for-dollar. 100% vesting occurs immediately upon hire with all contributions. Employees may also contribute from 1% to 50% on an after-tax basis.
Retirement/Pension Plan: Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Company's defined benefit retirement plan to provide retirement income. Benefits are vested after five years of credited pension service.
